Design is also in what makes a space work.

The documentation coordinates lighting, outlets, power, water, drainage, data, compressed air and extraction for a production plant. Together, these systems support production areas, storage and staff facilities.

Project status: Building services coordination proposal. The documents correspond to revision 13 of the drawing set.
Role: Development of the drawing set and coordination of seven building services systems across three levels, with Eugenio Aguado and Daniela Garza.

Coordinating what makes a space work.

The package develops seven systems across the ground floor and two upper levels: lighting and controls; outlets; power; hot and cold water; drainage; data and Wi-Fi; compressed air and extraction. The proposal includes 21 drawings.

The sheets move from an overall lighting plan to drainage connections in staff facilities and the laboratory. Production, storage, loading yards and employee areas form the spatial context being coordinated.

Documenting what remains unresolved.

Revision 13, dated September 23, 2026, retains a laboratory discharge receiving point to be defined. The archive preserves this coordination status. The cover is a conceptual illustration of the documentation work; the original drawing can be viewed within the project page.
