THE IDEA
Everyday life, in every detail.
Kitchen, bathrooms and joinery are conceived as parts of one residence. The island and perimeter storage organize the kitchen; stone, timber and indirect lighting create a warm atmosphere in the bathrooms.

01A kitchen conceived as a whole.
The island brings preparation and gathering together, while perimeter units combine appliances, storage and work surfaces. The rendering is accompanied by a joinery plan and elevation, connecting the atmosphere to the location of drawers, cabinets, sink and appliances.
02Two scales of intimacy.
The main bathroom combines continuous cabinetry, mirrors and timber storage. In the guest bathroom, a compact layout, narrow window and concealed lighting seek to give depth to a small space. Both studies share a warm, restrained material palette.
03The interior belongs to the architecture.
Residential documentation connects the designed spaces with levels, openings, outdoor stairs and terraces. The work includes design development, models, drawings and visualizations at CH Proyectos, in coordination with Eugenio Aguado and Daniela Garza.
